Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

AveQue ("we", "us", "our") is the parent company behind AveQue Muse and AveQue Ads (together, the "Products"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when your organization accesses either Product.

Each Product is provided under its own enterprise agreement and has its own dedicated site — this policy covers data handling at the AveQue account level. Product-specific handling (e.g. how Muse processes Figma assets, or how Ads processes campaign data) is detailed in each Product's own documentation.

2. Information We Collect

Account and Identity Data

  • Name and corporate email address
  • Role and permissions within your organization
  • Organization and team membership

Usage Data

  • Product access and session activity
  • Feature usage relevant to the Product you use

Communications Data

  • Information you submit when contacting us at hello@aveque.io

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and support the Products
  • To authenticate users and enforce access control
  • To respond to inquiries and provide account support
  • To detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse
  • To meet obligations under your enterprise agreement

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or organization data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Isolation

AveQue Muse and AveQue Ads are separate products with separate data stores. Data from one Product is not shared with, or used by, the other. Within each Product, each customer organization operates in an isolated workspace.

5. Data Security

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized AveQue personnel
  • Credentials are never stored in plaintext

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your organization's active agreement with AveQue. Upon termination, data is retained for up to 30 days to allow export if requested, then permanently deleted, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

AveQue uses infrastructure and service providers to operate the Products. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to AveQue.

8. Your Rights

Authorized organization administrators may contact us to request an export of their organization's data, request deletion of accounts within their organization, or request correction of inaccurate account data.

To exercise these rights, contact: hello@aveque.io

9. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The Products themselves may use local storage or session tokens for authentication — details are covered in each Product's own policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to affected organizations in advance. Continued use of the Products after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
